Itinerary

 
 

All locations and times visited will be determined by the weather & conditions in field. all elements are watched closely for the best photographic and learning experience. Please note the itinerary can change based on teh weather, tides and following should only be considered as a sample of what each day would look like and may not be the order in which the workshop is hosted.


 
 
 
2021 Spring in the Smokies Photo Workshop

Day 1

Meeting Time At The Hotel: 3:00 p.m.

After a workshop a workshop briefing we’ll arrange carpooling and head to dinner together.

We’ll then enjoy our first sunset session together.

 

Day 3

We’ll meet pre-dawn and carpool together to our sunrise location, followed by more locations as the light allows.

We’ll wrap our morning with brunch together followed by a short break and pick back up in the evening for several different locations before ending with a sunset session

Day 2

We’ll meet pre-dawn and carpool together to our sunrise location, followed by more locations as the light allows.

We’ll wrap our morning with brunch together followed by a short break and pick back up in the evening for several different locations before ending with a sunset session.

Day 4

Meeting well before sunrise, we’ll embark on our last session together. Following our morning shoot, we’ll enjoy brunch together and end the workshop between 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. so you have time to freshen up and check out before continuing onto your next adventure.

Trip Insurance

We encourage investing in trip insurance to cover your costs in the event an unforeseen circumstance requires you to cancel.

Transportation

Carpooling is optional and at the discretion of the individual attendees.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $250 USD is required to secure your space. The balance is due 90 days prior to the workshop start date.

  • If you wish to cancel after final payment has been made, our cancellation and refund policy is stated below:
  • 120–90 days prior: 25% refundable (minus non-refundable deposit)
  • 90 days or less prior and no-shows: non-refundable
